About the Client

EO Atlanta is a chapter of the Entrepreneurs' Organization, a global network of business owners. Members meet in small peer groups called forums: confidential groups of entrepreneurs who meet regularly to support each other. Each forum has to be balanced by industry, company size, experience and personal fit, and it has to stay healthy over time.

The Challenge

Forums were formed and managed by hand, across spreadsheets, emails and separate lists kept by different people.

My Solution

I built Chapter OS, a web platform where the whole chapter team works from the same live data. Admins use guided tools to place members into balanced forums. Moderators and committees see exactly what their role needs. A forum health view shows engagement and survey response rates, so the team can act early instead of reacting late.

    Member Grouping & Allocation

Guided tools to place members into balanced forums without grouping mistakes.

  2. 02

    Role-Based Access

Separate views for admins, moderators and committees, all on one shared dataset.

  3. 03

    Forum Health Dashboard

Health score trends and survey response rates for every forum, in one view.

    Real-Time Updates

Changes to forums and members appear instantly for everyone, powered by Pusher.
